Ways to stay involved...
Whether you graduated two years ago or 20 years ago, you are a cornerstone of our school’s future. We want to stay connected...
Send an update when you change your email, phone or mailing address. This will help us to let you know about events, reunions, and news that may interest you. Email alumni@easternmennonite.org or fill out our simple form.
Suggest an alumnus for our alumni stories celebration each fall at homecoming.
Refer a student: Send names of students K-12 (or their parents) who you think would find EMS to be a good fit. Email admissions@easternmennonite.org. Encourage them to schedule a visit!
Make a gift. Donations from alumni and friends make an EMS education accessible to more students.
Volunteer: Let us know if you would like to speak in chapel, help with grounds keeping, serve on the alumni board, the board of trustees or help with events.
Pray for our students, teachers, and staff. View news articles or our strategic plan for specific ideas.

Alumni help us make an EMS education possible for people from a variety of traditions and backgrounds. It's a blessing to see our alumni's gifts used in your work and service, and also in how you give back to your learning community.
The cost of tuition covers only about 80 percent of the cost of a student’s year at EMS. Please consider how you might empower future leaders of integrity by making a gift to:
- the EMS Second Century (Annual) Fund
- the Christmas Fund Drive when a student calls or writes
- the Virginia Tax Credit Scholarship program.
- an endowed scholarship
We also invite you to consider a legacy gift by joining our 1917 Circle planned giving program. Bequests from donors are a cornerstone of EMS financial aid.
With gratitude,
Paul Leaman, Head of School
