Record Success For Christmas Fund Drive
The spirit of giving was truly alive this holiday season (and beyond) as our school community came together for another triumphant Christmas Fund Drive. Congratulations are in order for our dedicated students, whose hard work and enthusiasm were pivotal to this tremendous success! A heartfelt thank you also goes out to the families and teachers who provided support and encouragement throughout this campaign to their students who were learning and building on their leadership skills!
Trisha Maust ’95 Blosser is in her eighth year facilitating Christmas Fund Drive with our student leaders, “Although inviting supporters to give can stretch students, they have discovered that when they do, they encounter a generous and supportive community. This community not only loves our school but also cares deeply for the students, eagerly partnering with them to share in their success.”
Blosser added, “This year, we are thrilled to report that 447 generous donors contributed an impressive total of $182,573. Even more remarkable, 91% of our students participated in various aspects of the drive, showcasing a level of engagement and commitment that has made this year one of the most successful on record!”

Erin Kennedy Hess works closely with our student volunteers. Reflecting on this year’s Fund Drive, she shared, “The involvement of our students in letter writing was not only inspiring but also deeply insightful, sometimes humorous, and truly touching. Reading about what students think of our school always brings a smile to my face. Our students understand and cherish our community!”
The funds raised play a vital role in supporting the annual Flames Fund. This essential resource underpins a wide range of initiatives that benefit students, educators, and the entire campus community. From providing financial aid for families in need, the impact of the fund is widely felt in our k-12 community.
We are grateful to the generous community for their continued support, which ensures that our students have the resources and opportunities they need to thrive. Blosser finishes, “my hope is that students learn skills that equip them to become leaders—leaders who will strengthen our businesses, guide our boards, serve our nonprofits, and enrich our faith communities.” As we celebrate this year’s achievements, we look forward to the enduring benefits that these contributions will bring to our school and its cherished values. Merry Christmas!
