Registration Open!

The annual EMS Golf Tournament is now open for registration, offering participants a chance to enjoy a day on the greens while supporting student athletes and those who receive financial aid. The event proceeds will fund essential costs such as uniforms, equipment, and professional support for athletes. Approximately 31% of EMS students benefit from financial aid, and the tournament also promises to enhance alumni connections within the community.

The registration fee of $125 covers greens fees, a cart, range balls, one power ball, two mulligans, and lunch.

2026 Golf Planning Team:

The planning team includes Steve Burkholder (Chair), Justin Beeker, Canessa Collins, Tim Leach, Eric Martin ’72, Justin Reesor, Meade Slonaker ’20, Adam Savanick, Joel Shank ’02, Lisa Shank, Stacy Shiflet, Kelsey Swartzentruber, Kameron Tucker, and EMS staff members Trisha Maust ’95 Blosser, Erin Kennedy Hess, Andrew Gascho, and Paul Leaman.

Tournament Rules:

Players are allowed two mulligans, which can be used on a drive, fairway, or putting green, with specific rules for prize holes and power balls. Distinct tee placements are set for men, seniors, and women, with special provisions for senior players. The maximum score is par, and players are encouraged to maintain a steady pace throughout the course.

Last year’s Fore the Flames Golf Tournament raised over $40,000 for student financial aid and the EMS athletics program, thanks to the support of sponsors, volunteers, parents, alumni, and Alumni Board members!
