College Counselor Jodi Hertzler will host a College Admissions Information session for parents/guardians from 7:00-8:00 p.m. in the Commons. This event is primarily for families of current 10th and 11th grade students, but all EMS parents/guardians are welcome to attend. 

Jodi Nisly Hertzler, an EMS and EMU graduate, has been our College & Career Counselor since 2014. She also teaches 10th-grade English and is a Senior Class Sponsor. Jodi holds a certificate in College Counseling from UCLA Extension and is an active member of both the National Association for College Admission Counseling and its Potomac & Chesapeake affiliate. With extensive experience visiting over 100 colleges and universities, Jodi brings valuable expertise from both professional and personal perspectives as a mother of three.
