B.A. in 2012 from Eastern Mennonite University. Majors: History and Social Sciences, Secondary Education. Minors: Political Studies, Coaching. M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from James Madison University. Mr. King is a certified Title IX investigator through Institutional Compliance Solutions K-12 Title IX training.
Interests
My young son is the joy of my life, together with my wife. Before becoming parents, my wife and I loved traveling around the world and exploring new places and cultures. I enjoy a good cup of coffee, a book, and watching a sunrise to start each morning, unless I am up early with Daddy duties. I can also be found hiking, fishing, hunting and following the Atlanta Braves.

I met my wife, Heidi, as we were students at Eastern Mennonite University. We particularly loved our semester abroad living in Lesotho and South Africa as part of a cross cultural program through the university.

My dream for EMS
My dream is that EMS can be a model school where other students, teachers, and community members see us authentically living out our vision and mission.
