Thanks to everyone who joined us for the Great Community Give! We are humbled by the generosity of our community - who supported EMS and so many of the local non-profits who participated.

By the numbers:

• $54,905 raised, including a $25,000 match!
• 121 donors - thanks to each of you for caring
• 124 gifts - ranging from $10 to $25,000. Each one counts and makes a difference!

We Gather: A campaign for the EMES "living room":

• $2.5 million. Initial cost estimates for the building, design fees, excavation, and unanticipated costs. An endowed building fund will help keep operational funds dedicated to our mission, supporting students, teachers, and programs.
• $1 million. A generous alumni couple who cares about children and education has offered a challenge match towards this project.
• $818,698. Fundraised as of April 19, 2023 towards that challenge.

The Gathering Space

Our elementary school thrives in this beautiful home. And yet, it is missing a "family room," a space large enough for the whole school community to come together.
