Gifts given to Eastern Mennonite School through the Great Community Give on April 19, 2023 will support the addition of the Gathering Space on the school’s elementary building.
Gifts of any size will support construction of the Gathering Space by helping to fund hardscaping materials, a vaulted ceiling, and oversize doors and windows that promote access to the outdoors. Donors are especially invited to give between 11 a.m and 12 noon for the Brunch Power Hour. The greatest number of online donors during that hour will unlock additional funds from generous sponsors.
Eastern Mennonite School was founded in 1917 and aspires to provide a “learning community every student can belong, thrive, and live God’s call.” In 2005, the elementary division was added, starting in a church basement. Fifteen years later, in 2019, the school moved into its first dedicated and intentionally designed space. The beautifully renovated building is adjacent to the school’s original building.

Make a donation! Early giving runs April 5-18. Gifts given online between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. on April 19 will help us during a Power Hour Challenge to unlock additional gifts provided by generous local sponsors.
