Grades 6 to 8 Explore Week activities March 30 to April 1 included:

Sixth grade explored the abundant life in area water visiting the Lake at Cedar Hill, the Harrisonburg Water Treatment Plant, Brydgeworks, Riven Rock State Park, and Season’s Bounty Farm.

Seventh grade toured sites in  Williamsburg, and visited Montpelier, home of James Madison, and Monticello, home of Thomas Jefferson.

Eighth grade went to Harper’s Ferry to bike along the C&O Canal, made a day trip to Washington, D.C., and enjoyed the climbing wall and other facilities at Horizon’s Edge.
